30-day return period on Products (not including Workshops or Live Events):
Remote Viewing Products will accept returns on all unopened (shrink-wrapped) DVD training products within 30 days from the original ship date. Due to anti-piracy efforts and the potential for illegally copying multimedia, opened products can not be returned. Products being returned should be mailed to the following address. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all DVD products.

Workshop & Live Event Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
Due to high demand and limited seating, cancellations MUST be made prior to 30 days before the start of the event and you will be assessed a 50% cancellation fee with the balance being refunded to you. No cancellations are accepted within 30 days of the event. Any No-Shows will be treated as a cancellation with less than 30 days notice and are not subject to any refund.
Refunds are made for unopened (shrink-wrapped) products returned to us in good condition. If you paid by Credit/Debit Card, your card will be refunded within 3 business days of when the product is received back in our office. If you paid by cash, money order or check, you will be sent a refund check within 3 business days of when the product is received back in our office.
Refunds do not include the original cost of shipping the product by either party nor the restocking fee (for products) or cancellation fee (for training or events).
