Remote Viewing Products will accept returns on all unopened (shrink-wrapped) DVD and VHS products within 30 days from the original ship date. Due to anti-piracy efforts and the potential for illegally copying multimedia, opened products can not be return accept for products that fall within the exchange policy as stated below.

Live events with Major Ed Dames Refunds
Due to high demand and limited seating, cancellations will be subject to a $50.00 fee except for the following condition. Cancellations made within thirty days of alive event (from the morning of the event at 9am Pacific time) can not be refunded; however, you will be awarded credit for your pass(es) and hold the option to sign up for events regardless of rates increases, decreases or seat availability.
Workshop Training Refunds
Due to high demand and limited seating, all cancellations will be subject to a $100.00 fee except for the following condition. Cancellations made within thirty days of a training workshop (from the first workshop morning at 9am Pacific time) can not be refunded; however, you will be awarded credit for your reservation and hold the option to sign up for future workshops regardless of training rate increases, decreases or seat availability.
Refunds for unopened (shrink-wrapped) DVD and VHS products will be in the same form as the original purchase and will be received within 10 business days of when the product(s) is received from the purchaser. Exceptions: Cash, debit or check purchases for any amount may be refunded in the form of a mail check within 10 business days. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping.
